This event will feature an exclusive wine selection, specially imported and not available at local LCBOs. Discover women operated wineries and hear compelling stories while supporting a worthy cause! Attendees will receive 3 bottles of premium imported wine, a Sommelier led virtual wine tasting with recommended food pairings, and words from keynote speaker Brandi Leifso. Tickets to the event include complimentary no-contact wine delivery in the GTA.
The event will feature keynote speaker Brandi Leifso. At the age of 21, Leifso was living in a women’s shelter when she came up with the concept of Evio, a conscious beauty company that is breaking stigmas. Selected as one of Chatelaine Magazine’s 2018 Women of the Year, Leifso is a feminist and advocate for survivors of domestic violence. Leifso was also recognized as one of Canada’s Top 25 Women of Influence in 2020.
Shelter Movers Greater Toronto will also be hosting Her Gift: an online auction in support of survivors of gender-based violence. There is no registration fee or ticket purchase required to access the auction. The auction will launch on Monday, May 3.
